Sellers
As a seller you are asked to abide by the following terms:
The items uploaded for sale must be your own work. We do not allow work based on other people's designs or minor modification of existing work.
The seller must have the rights to license the items upload, either because they are seller's own original content, or because the seller has a license that grants permission to resell any third-party assets included with seller's item.
If you believe that anyone has copied your items or is otherwise infringing upon intellectual property rights, please report this behaviour to the Help Team.
We expect from the sellers not buy their own items or engage in other conduct with the intention of defrauding buyers or other authors.
We do not allow items that contain explicit profanity, nudity or extreme violence or connected to any of this content.
The applications/scripts/templates added to Scriptground should be appropriate for commercial sale.
The uploaded items will go through a review by Scriptground to ensure the quality of the uploaded content before listing on Scriptground.
If you include a money-back guarantee with you items for sale, then you must abide by the money-back guarantee if the buyer wishes to refund your sold item and it is within the guarantee period.
A 10% processing fee is charged when the seller asks for a payout. The payout is processed via paypal to the seller's Paypal account. It is seller's responsibility to provide a valid paypal email for payments withdrawal in user profile.
The seller must provide extensive support to the buyer if you are offering this option with your product.
Failure to comply with the above terms can result in deletion of your listing or may even result in suspension or termination of your seller account at Scriptground.
Buyers
Purchasing an item at Scriptground allows buyers to use the item for personal and commercial use. It however does not entitle the buyer to resale the item or part of the item without approval by the seller.
As a buyer if you purchase a listing that allows a money-back guarantee and the buyer wish a refund within the guarantee period, then you will lose the right to use the item once the seller approves your refund. The refunded amount is deposited in your balance that can then be withdrawn to the buyers Paypal account and is subjected to 10% withdrawal fee.
We reserve the right to cancel any member's account if it is found to not abide by the above terms and conditions.
We make no warranty that goods or services acquired from this Site will meet your requirements.
While we go through extensive review of the items before listing at our Site, we are not responsible for any damage caused through direct or indirect use of the web/mobile application/script/template purchased at our site.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and require that those who use the site or the services or features made available on or through the site do the same.
